PAYMENTS

  • LoveMe may have to verify payments and your order details before processing your order.
  • Once the payment is authorized and verified your order is processed.

PROCESSING

Before we ship your products we conduct quality control checks and the average processing time takes approximately 4 business days however, this can be affected by the item's stock status. For popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the processing time may 5-10 business and we will notify you via email.

SHIPPING

Free standard shipping takes 10 to 20 days to deliver

Expedited shipping by courier takes 5-7 days to deliver.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items purchased directly from our online store are eligible for returns/exchange. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required. Once received, your new exchange will shipped within 1-2 days OR you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email of the cancellation of your order. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the time in which the product was delivered. Exchanges must be within 60 days of product delivery.

  • Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you.
  • For exchange, please specify the item in which you wish to receive in place of your original purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges must include printed return form which will be provided to you upon acceptance of request.
